• Collaborate with global leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Drive and oversee key initiatives, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Address strategic and operational challenges, taking ownership of special projects.
• Act as a liaison between leadership and teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Use data analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in energy, technology, or related industries, with a background in strategy, operations, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of grid technologies, digital transformation, and energy systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for confident communication with our national and international interfaces; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
