📍 Operations Project Manager (Startup | Process Builder | Affiliate Marketing)🕒 Full-time | Remote | PST overlap🌎 International team | U.S. market🔹 About the CompanyOur client is a fast-growing U.S.-based affiliate marketing company operating in the Pay-Per-Call space across B2C service verticals (home services, lead generation).The business connects global traffic sources with U.S. advertisers and is currently scaling rapidly.The environment is fast-paced, unstructured, and founder-led, with a strong focus on performance, growth, and operational efficiency.🔹 About the RoleWe are looking for an Operations Project Manager to work directly with the Founder and take ownership of the company’s operational structure.❗ This is not a typical project management role.👉 The main focus is building systems, structuring operations, and bringing clarity into a fast-moving and sometimes chaotic environment.You will act as the operational backbone of the company, ensuring that processes, workflows, and execution are aligned and scalable.🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Turn the Founder’s ideas into clear execution plans, workflows, and systems
• Build and optimize SOPs, internal processes, and operational structure from scratch
• Set up and manage CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, and documentation
• Identify inefficiencies and fix broken or missing processes proactively
• Coordinate internal teams (affiliate managers, sales, contractors) and ensure accountability
• Track execution, deadlines, and deliverables across different functions
• Structure internal communication and replace chaos with clear workflows
• Support decision-making with data, visibility, and operational insights
🔹 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations / startup / SaaS / digital environments
- Proven experience building processes and systems from scratch (SOPs, CRM, workflows, dashboards)
- Strong operational mindset — you design systems, not just manage tasks
- Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Ability to work directly with a Founder / leadership team
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Advanced English (written & spoken)
🔹 Nice to Have
- Experience in affiliate marketing / Pay-Per-Call / lead generation
- Understanding of performance metrics, funnels, and tracking systems
- Experience scaling small teams or building operations from early-stage
