2. About the Opportunity:

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for complex projects, responsible for transforming pre-award plans into successful customer outcomes. This role drives the commercial division by ensuring CRM system mastery and backlog integrity, enabling each milestone to be achieved with accuracy and minimal risk. The position contributes by elevating operational standards, mentoring project talent, and strengthening global vendor relationships, ultimately supporting the organization’s growth and reputation for reliable project delivery.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution with accuracy in scope, schedule, and financial tracking

• Maintain CRM systems and ensure backlog integrity

• Mitigate risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial technical engagement to final documentation

• Strengthen vendor partnerships globally

• Mentor emerging project management talent

• Serve as a key representative of the commercial division

4. Requirements:

• Expertise in technical project management

• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems

• Strong communication skills at a high level

• Organizational skills with attention to operational rigor

• Ability to lead projects independently and improve processes

• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The expected pay range for this role is between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually, based on market conditions and individual contribution. Candidates may propose alternative compensation during application.
