We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to take ownership of one or more product areas—shaping experiences that define the future of governance and digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify problems, uncover opportunities, ideate solutions, and craft intuitive, accessible designs that delight users.

As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for driving the design process end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, ensuring that every decision is informed by user insights and business strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate problem discovery and solution definition for your product area using lean UX, design sprints, and prototyping methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision with business goals and deliver strategic value.
• Lead discovery initiatives to understand user behaviors, pain points, and needs, sharing insights to guide decisions.
• Design wireframes and prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions.
• Identify and analyze usability issues and plan improvements.
• Create data-informed product designs using both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Ensure products meet accessibility standards and contribute to the design system guidelines.

Required Experience

• Previous experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role with complex products.
• Extensive knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Experience in running user interviews and usability testing sessions.
• Familiarity with research and design frameworks across the full product lifecycle.
