Location: Slovakia

Work Model: Remote + travel to Germany (approx. once per quarter)

Languages: German & English (mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Rollout Manager to support a DT O-RAN rollout project in Germany.

This role suits someone with a strong site/field background who understands what happens on site and how subcontractors work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and agree on site deployment plans
• Coordinate subcontractors (resources & timelines)
• Manage site surveys and site readiness
• Ensure hardware and materials are available
• Coordinate site implementation and fault resolution
• Support documentation and customer acceptance
• Daily communication with the project team and the customer
• Track schedules, risks, and milestones
• Update the client and customer databases

Skills & Experience

• Experience with RAN rollout/swap projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder management
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• German & English required
