Revizto is a global leader in integrated collaboration technology for the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry. Our cloud-based platform empowers teams to collaborate in real time across disciplines, streamlining workflows from design through to construction.
We’re seeking a dynamic digital leader to shape the future of our online presence. As Website Manager, you will own the performance, evolution, and governance of Revizto’s global web ecosystem. You will ensure the site delivers a consistent, high-performing, and localized experience for users around the world. You’ll lead a small team of contributors and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales to align the website with key strategic goals.
Your work will directly influence how our brand is experienced online—driving engagement, lead generation, and business growth. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, deep knowledge of web technologies, and a passion for crafting seamless, user-centered digital experiences. This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the UK, France, Switzerland, Spain, or Germany (applications from other countries will not be considered).

Where You Will Make a DifferenceWebsite Strategy & Oversight
- Own the long-term roadmap and day-to-day management of revizto.com and regional microsites
- Ensure the website aligns with brand messaging and supports lead generation, product education, and regional market growth
- Lead redesigns, infrastructure improvements, migrations and digital expansion projects
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead a small team of developers, designers, and content contributors
- Manage external agencies or freelancers when needed for development, content, or localization
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal marketing, product, and regional teams
Multi-Language & Regional Site Management
- Oversee the management of a multi-lingual website, including localized content and UX for various global markets
- Coordinate translation workflows, working with regional teams and third-party providers
- Maintain consistency and quality across different language versions of the site
- Implement best practices for regional SEO, content governance, and URL structure
Platform & Technical Operations
- Manage and optimize web platforms across WordPress, HubSpot CMS, and Webflow
- Ensure smooth integration with key tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics, etc.)
- Monitor site health, speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance
SEO, UX, and Performance
- Apply working knowledge of SEO best practices to guide page setup, content structure, and metadata
- Work with design and UX teams to enhance user journeys and optimize conversion funnels
- Use analytics and testing tools to track performance and inform ongoing optimization
Who You Are
- At least 5 years of experience in managing websites, ideally within tech, SaaS, or a global business environment
- Experience managing or leading teams in a web/digital capacity
- Proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot CMS, and Webflow
- Experience managing multi-lingual and regionally customized websites, including translation processes
- Working knowledge of SEO, content governance, and web publishing best practices
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website integrations (e.g., CRM, marketing automation)
- Strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills
- Preferred experience in AECO, construction tech, or enterprise SaaS
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with GDPR, accessibility (WCAG), and international compliance requirements
- Understanding of localization strategy and international SEO fundamentals
- Front-end dev experience is a plus
- High level of cultural awareness; approachable and collaborative
