Jersey Road Talent is partnering with a world-class slot games studio that’s redefining the creative standards of real money and social gaming. With a growing portfolio of high-performing titles, they’re now on the hunt for a Lead Game Artist, who can take early game concepts and bring them to life visually, inspiring both players and internal teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting into the VP of Game Production and working closely with a multidisciplinary team across game design, production, and engineering. You’ll shape the visual identity of each title, from concept art and UI to animations, final assets and play a strategic part in evolving their overall design language.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive the full art lifecycle of new slot titles, from early concepting to polished final delivery
• Create high-quality game assets yourself, while setting creative direction for internal/external teams
• Translate abstract mechanics into clear, beautiful visual designs that players intuitively understand
• Prototype animations and game interactions to test and refine visual storytelling
• Ensure quality control and consistency across multiple titles in parallel development
• Be a visual voice in product meetings, team brainstorms, and stakeholder reviews
• Build design systems that can scale across sequels or game series

What you bring:

• A killer portfolio and demonstrable leadership across multiple shipped slot games
• Experience working on real money or social gaming titles (land-based or online)
• Comfort working across a range of art styles — from cartoon to cinematic
• Deep understanding of slot game structure, player psychology, and visual hierarchies
• Expert-level skills in vector and bitmap tools (Adobe CC, Figma, etc.)
• Ability to adapt your designs for mobile-first and multi-platform experiences
• Experience collaborating with game designers, developers, and mathematicians

Bonus points for:

• Motion design, animation, or prototyping skills
• UI/UX knowledge or technical understanding of dev pipelines
• Familiarity working with IP-driven or branded games
