What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle high-volume inbound calls to gather essential details regarding customer vehicle issues
- Accurately dispatch service providers to ensure timely assistance for customers in need
- Use active listening skills to de-escalate situations and provide empathetic support to customers
- Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools to track service progress
- Collaborate with team members in a performance-driven remote environment using Zoom and Google Chat
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Virginia
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced contact center
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and capable of navigating web-based systems
- Strong active listening and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in retail, fast-food, hospitality, administrative, or warehouse/production roles
- Background in remote work with demonstrated career growth and reliability
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute accurately
- Familiarity with dispatch software and digital tools
