What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle 45-55 inbound calls daily, addressing a range of client inquiries about insurance products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to departmental performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing customer service training to stay updated on policies, products, and procedures
  • Utilize multiple administrative systems to manage inquiries and perform basic calculations
  • Collaborate with Floor Support as needed to resolve complex inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate various administrative systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet departmental standards

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • College degree
  • Prior experience in insurance with knowledge of the financial market
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
  • Strong analytical skills to research and utilize product resources effectively
  • Proven ability to manage a high call volume while maintaining service quality
