What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle 45-55 inbound calls daily, addressing a range of client inquiries about insurance products
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to departmental performance goals
- Participate in ongoing customer service training to stay updated on policies, products, and procedures
- Utilize multiple administrative systems to manage inquiries and perform basic calculations
- Collaborate with Floor Support as needed to resolve complex inquiries
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate various administrative systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet departmental standards
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- College degree
- Prior experience in insurance with knowledge of the financial market
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
- Strong analytical skills to research and utilize product resources effectively
- Proven ability to manage a high call volume while maintaining service quality
