What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, chats, and respond to written communications
- Troubleshoot issues related to consumer products and provide effective solutions

- Handle quality complaints and adverse events according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide information, support, and guidance to consumers
