What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond to customer support tickets while addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
• Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with their existing orders and guide new customers on placing orders online
• Communicate via email to address customer inquiries and concerns, as well as internal department queries related to orders
• Document issues and updates in Confluence for accurate record-keeping
• Occasionally visit court dockets for information on case filings and retrieve filed papers as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
• Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute
