Marketing Manager – Digital Assets (Berlin / UK)

RecruitBlock, the leading digital assets and crypto recruiter in Europe, is partnering with a specialist digital assets investment banking and on-chain advisory firm to hire their first in-house Marketing Manager. Based in Berlin or remote within the UK, this role will build and run an institutional marketing engine across content, brand and communications.

This Marketing Manager position offers ownership, founder and senior stakeholder exposure, and strong progression within digital assets marketing, crypto marketing and financial services marketing.

The Opportunity

As a Marketing Manager, you will support and shape the firm’s marketing function with a primary focus on B2B content, brand building and light growth / comms for institutional and ecosystem clients.

You’ll work closely with the founders and senior bankers across Europe and global crypto markets, turning deal flow, research and conference activity into credible, visible marketing output that speaks to founders, funds and institutional partners.

This Marketing Manager (Berlin / Remote UK) role is ideal for a mid-level B2B marketer (around 2–4 years’ experience) who enjoys a hands-on position in an entrepreneurial environment and wants regular exposure to leadership and high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day content calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), blog and newsletter for both the firm and its founders.
  • Turn internal work – mandates, transactions, strategic projects, research and events – into structured, high-quality marketing assets.
  • Build and maintain a multi-channel B2B content plan aligned with business priorities and key client segments.
  • Coordinate light design work to ensure consistent, institutional brand and visual identity.
  • Ghost-write and edit founder content with a professional, investment banking tone.
  • Maintain and update the website and core marketing decks to match current positioning and deals.
  • Develop a light PR / podcast / media outreach pipeline across crypto, fintech and institutional channels.
  • Deliver event and conference coverage including pre-event messaging, on-site updates and post-event recaps.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, inbound, subscribers).
  • Support ad-hoc marketing projects and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Content Marketer or similar role in financial services, fintech or crypto / digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B content marketing and social media for institutional audiences.
  • Experience owning a content calendar across multiple channels.
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, credible content.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in branding, copy and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, entrepreneurial team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
  • Curiosity about digital assets, crypto, Web3 and financial markets.
