COO role at a seed-stage zk compliance firm

You will be joining just before the firms series A raise and token launch (both this year)

Company:

• Institutional-grade compliance, privacy & security
• A suite of permissioning solutions for blockchain protocols powered by zk tech

Role:

• Taking full ownership of everything under the 'operations' banner (accountancy, legal, contracts, HR, process, sales..)
• Building processes where none currently exist
• Translating the CEO's ideas into strategic plans
• Being the “counterweight” to emotional or impulsive leadership swings

Requirements:

• Good comms and high EQ
• Proven success in a fast paced startup
• Calm under pressure and super organized

Package:

• $150k USD base + equity
• Fully remote, anywhere
