• Position: Insurance Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote
• Commitment: 15–25 hours/week, flexible up to 40 hours/week
• Duration: 1–2 months
• Mission: Support high-impact projects by evaluating and refining AI systems for insurance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated outputs in pricing, reserving, underwriting, and risk modeling
• Evaluate actuarial projections for accuracy and regulatory alignment
• Provide structured feedback on assumptions, clarity, and methodology consistency
• Stress-test AI outputs across claims scenarios, reserve adequacy, and solvency models
• Tag and organize content by insurance domain (life, health, property & casualty, reinsurance)
• Support benchmarking to assess AI capabilities in actuarial science and insurance operations

Requirements / QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in actuarial practice, insurance analytics, underwriting, or risk modeling
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, or related field
• Familiarity with actuarial software/tools (Prophet, AXIS, R, Python) and insurance-specific methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ASA, ACAS, or equivalent preferred
• Location: US, UK, CA, AUS, NZ preferred

Engagement Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1–2 months
• Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours/week, flexible up to 40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous – flexible working hours
• Compensation: $55–$100 USD/hr, competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Contract Type: Independent contractor
• Payment: Daily via Stripe Connect
