This individual will be transferring data from our existing spreadsheet into the new format, validating the output calculations, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the process. Given that the current file contains notes and contract references, it would be beneficial if the individual is also familiar with contract terminology and related documentation, but it is not a requirement.

Key skill requirements:

• Advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, data validation, pivots, etc.)
• Experience working with land contracts, including tracking key terms and critical dates is ideal.
• Ability to audit and validate large datasets with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to assist with data cleanup and analysis
