Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A

We're hiring a Snr Financial Analyst to play a key role in shaping financial planning and decision-making across our clients business. They are a well known, mission driven technology business.

This is a high-impact six-month contract with the real opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right individual.

Working within a lean, collaborative finance team, you'll own forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, and executive reporting while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation. You'll help drive the annual planning process, deliver meaningful financial insights, and identify opportunities to improve reporting through automation and AI-enabled tools.

What you'll do

• Lead monthly forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic decision-making.
• Support the annual budgeting process and long-range planning.
• Prepare reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Partner with teams across Finance, People, and Operations to provide commercial insights.
• Improve reporting processes by leveraging planning systems, automation, and AI.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Finance experience, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Pigment, Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan.
• Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to SQL, Power BI, Python, or AI tools considered an advantage.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
