What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Prepare and process insurance, investment, and banking forms to implement product recommendations and service existing products
- Review all forms and workflows prior to submission to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with internal departments and business partners to track submissions and resolve issues related to client files
- Exercise good judgment to recognize when additional documentation or approval is needed and escalate as appropriate
- Participate in regular meetings with Team Leads and CST members regarding upcoming appointments and work progress
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a First Command Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Home Office employee (Required)
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to varied audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- College degree (Preferred, though previous work experience will be considered)
- Customer service experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance, regulatory, and internal guidance related to financial products
