Role Description

The Influencer Talent Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and developing partnerships for a roster of talent, including digital-first creators and influencers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, supporting talent in maximizing their growth, and fostering strong relationships with agencies, brands, and other partners. The role requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, campaign management, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Experience in talent management, relationship building, and collaboration with influencers and digital-first creators
• Strong communication, negotiation, and contract management skills
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and influencer campaign planning
• Organizational, time management, and project management skills with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in tools and platforms related to talent and campaign tracking or reporting
• Passion for the entertainment and digital media industries and a track record of cultivating professional relationships
