We are seeking a performance-driven Sales Development Representative to help fuel our revenue engine and expand our national footprint. Nsure – Where Intelligence Meets Revenue Cycle. Position Summary Nsure is scaling fast, and we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting high-quality appointments for our Account Executives. Your role will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and helping healthcare organizations uncover missed revenue, reduce denials, and eliminate manual work. AI Fluency Requirement – Non Negotiable Nsure is an AI-first organization. Every member of our leadership and operations team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work — not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms to personalize outreach and automate CRM tasks, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and professional communication
- Educate potential customers on Nsure's revenue cycle automation platform and the impact it can have on their organization's bottom line
- Team up with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine winning outreach strategies and messaging
- Track all sales activities and maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in our CRM system
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline generation goals
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare or SaaS experience is a massive plus)
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills — you build rapport and trust effortlessly
- Strong organizational and time management skills — you can manage a high volume of outbound calls and appointment setting like a pro
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset — you thrive on results
- Proficient in CRM software and sales engagement tools — you keep your pipeline spotless
- Experience in B2B cold calling — rejection doesn't slow you down
- Coachable and open to feedback in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Familiarity with insurance workflows, denials management, or reimbursement processes
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software sales
