Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a First Home Consultant. The consultant will guide clients through the homebuying process by offering professional advice on property and financing options. Key responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess their needs, developing tailored property plans, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless purchasing experience. This role also involves handling inquiries, keeping up-to-date with the property market, and delivering exceptional service to achieve client satisfaction.

• Strong communication, customer engagement, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property markets, mortgage processes, and home financing
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in property consulting, real estate, or related fields is advantageous
• Certification or diploma in real estate, finance, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
