Company Description We’re building a new AI-driven SaaS solution designed to help HR teams and leadership in mid-sized companies improve engagement, reduce turnover, and drive smarter decisions. To expand into the Austrian market, we’re looking for experienced freelance sales professionals who can independently generate and close B2B leads. Role Description This is a freelance and fully remote commission based long-term project for Sales Representatives. you will conduct the whole sales cycle from generating the lead to closing the deal. Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Familiarity with AI and behavioral science is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking with HR managers, team leads, and founders
  • Able to manage outreach, sales conversations, and trial signups end-to-end
  • Fluency in German is a huge advantage
