We're now expanding our UK reach and looking for an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow!
Your Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind generating new leads and closing deals. You’ll introduce our unique influencer marketing model to local businesses and help them elevate their brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients (restaurants, salons, stores, clinics, schools, etc.)
- Pitch our influencer-based content creation and social media marketing services
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and LinkedIn/email prospecting
- Set appointments, create proposals, and close deals
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report progress
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth campaign execution
Requirements:
- Must be based in the UK
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in media or digital marketing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends is a plus
Compensation:
- First 3 Months (Probation): 100% commission-based (uncapped earnings potential)
- Post-Probation: Attractive fixed salary + commission
