We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success, creative teams, and executive leadership to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable business outcomes. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, email, events, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and market visibility through consistent and innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to support customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), marketing analytics, and return on investment (ROI) metrics.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign schedules, agency partnerships, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee content strategy, brand communications, promotional materials, and marketing assets across multiple platforms.
  • Prepare executive reports, marketing dashboards, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members while fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, automation platforms, AI-powered tools, and industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous innovation to maximize brand awareness, customer engagement, and long-term business growth.

✅ Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation systems, business intelligence tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand development.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
