Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage recruitment marketing campaigns on digital platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.

• Optimize job postings and career content for search engine visibility and candidate engagement.

• Analyze recruitment marketing performance metrics to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment marketing efforts with overall hiring goals and employer branding.

• Monitor industry trends in recruitment marketing and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems is required.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance is required.

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills for job descriptions and recruitment collateral are required.

• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance job visibility is required.

• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies based on data is required.
