We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, strengthening Mediktor’s positioning in the healthcare market, and driving initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth worldwide.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and execute Mediktor’s content strategy, aligned with the company’s positioning, business objectives, and target audiences.
- Create high value content tailored to CMOs, Heads of AI, Innovation Leaders, and other healthcare and technology decision-makers.
- Own Mediktor’s digital presence, managing and growing the company’s LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels.
- Develop compelling marketing assets for product new features, use cases, customer success stories, videos, website content, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, industry events and partnerships.
- Work closely with Sales, Medical, and Customer Success teams to translate business and product priorities into effective marketing initiatives and relevant market facing content.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, tracking key metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive intelligence, identifying industry trends, emerging opportunities, competitor activity, and new ways to strengthen Mediktor’s positioning.
- Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives, ensuring consistency in Mediktor’s messaging, visual identity, and value proposition across all channels and touchpoints.
WHAT YOU BRING
MUST-HAVE
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, software, or healthcare sector.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience. We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership who is eager to make an impact.
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to both technical, specialized audiences and end users.
- A genuine interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex products and concepts, particularly in AI and healthcare.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, websites, blogs, newsletters, product launches, and sales materials.
- Experience planning and managing digital marketing campaigns, with knowledge of HubSpot and LinkedIn as marketing and campaign management tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, from content creation and research to ideation and productivity.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
