Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Human Resources. Successful candidate will oversee human resources strategies, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure seamless organizational operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing talent acquisition and retention, developing employee relations strategies, designing performance management processes, and fostering a positive work culture. The Director of HRs will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of Maxima Therapy by aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources management and HR policies
• Proven experience in Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectively
• Expertise in Talent Management, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning
• Proficiency in Performance Management, including designing and implementing evaluation systems
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience with ADP payroll processor is a MUST
