100% remote (office space in Sydney CBD, if needed)

We’ve helped recruitment agencies in the UK, Dubai, and Australia build incredible offshore teams. Now, we’re helping them hire local recruiters, too.

We’re looking for a self-motivated Recruiters who are excellent at personal branding and networking to join the team at Managed

You’ll be helping us place recruiters into onshore roles across Australia.

This isn’t just a typical delivery role. You will have full ownership of your desk and be paid commission up to 50%

What we’re looking for:

• Recruitment agency experience is essential
• You must have worked within the Australian recruitment space at one point in your career
• You love connecting with recruiters, understanding their drivers, and matching them to the right environment
• Comfortable doing outreach, headhunting and cold calls
• Solid personal brand (or comfortable building one)

What you'll be doing:

• Headhunting passive recruiters and building genuine, long-term relationships
• Creating and growing your personal brand within the recruitment community
• Running exclusive, candidate-led searches that are built around each recruiter’s goals
• Supporting relocation opportunities for recruiters looking to move interstate or overseas
• Working directly with our CEO (15+ years in recruitment across the UK and Australia) to expand this new service line
• Playing a key role in a small, high-impact team that’s building something from the ground up
