  • Develop and execute a global People Operations strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Standardize and automate processes across regions, improving efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure global compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and employment regulations; lead HR audits and risk assessments.
  • Oversee global HRIS platforms and data governance, ensuring accuracy, insights, and scalability.
  • Build and deliver a best-in-class People service model (shared services, tiered support, SLAs) that meets diverse global needs.
  • Partner with Total Rewards to manage compensation cycles, benefits administration, and global leave programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing People Operations team across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, COEs, Finance, Legal, and IT to align global People initiatives with company objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and scaling the employee experience.

____________________________________________________________________________________ Experience You Bring:

  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading global or multi-regional operations.
  • Experience in high-growth or transformation environments; IPO readiness or public company experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep knowledge of international HR practices, labor laws, and data protection regulations.
  • Proven success implementing and optimizing enterprise-level HRIS platforms and data analytics.
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills across diverse cultures and levels.
  • A passion for operational excellence and building scalable, people-first processes.
