Junior Methodologist (remote)

We are looking for a Junior Methodologist who wants to grow in the field of learning and development. This role is a great opportunity to become part of a team that creates structured, high-quality training programs while working with real educational products and established processes. Responsibilities:

• Assist the methodologist in formatting and preparing training materials
• Structure and systematise content
• Ensure materials comply with internal standards
• Upload and update materials in the LMS
• Work according to technical requirements and support the existing learning system

Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Experience in EdTech, training, or learning and development will be a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
• Readiness to handle operational and repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
