Corporate Finance Analyst | Remote

Position: Private Equity Associate

Type: Part-time

Compensation: $100 – $200/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and review financial models to support AI training initiatives and ensure industry-level accuracy.
• Translate market research and due diligence insights into structured datasets and training modules for AI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert private equity and investment banking concepts into actionable AI training data.
• Contribute ideas to improve the performance and effectiveness of AI-powered investment analysis tools.
• Support the development of AI capabilities related to financial analysis, portfolio management, and investment evaluation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking with strong financial modeling expertise.
• Demonstrated experience in market research, due diligence, and investment analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven stakeholder management ability and capability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Experience supporting portfolio management analysis and financial evaluation processes.
