That’s why we’re looking to bring on a Financial Accountant to strengthen our Finance team and support our European expansion.

Our goal is simple: let everyone enjoy the city without worrying about their luggage. Tourists, backpackers, business travelers… or even locals. We want everyone to live their time freely, without carrying their belongings around.

We are a tech scale-up that has digitized luggage storage and brought it right into the heart of cities. Our smart lockers operate fully automatically, 24/7, with no on-site staff. Every day we help thousands of users, especially travelers who need to store bags before check-in or after check-out.

🧠 What we expect from you

You are a hands-on professional with strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, and ambitious to build processes that scale across different countries.

📆 What will your day look like?

You’ll be part of the Finance team, working closely with the CFO and external advisors across Europe. Among your main responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting for Spain and collaborate with consultancies for subsidiaries abroad.
• Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany adjustments.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor costs and perform analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and provide ad-hoc analysis.
• Handle administrative tasks and purchasing processes.
• Act as ERP key user, supporting implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Support VAT, corporate tax, and other tax filings.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
• Serve as a contact point for suppliers and consultancies.
