Job Title: Website Project Manager (B2B SaaS)

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Compensation: $95-100K base +10 - 15% annual bonus

Our client is hiring a Website Project Manager to lead marketing website initiatives. This new role will drive the evolution of our client’s websites through strategic updates, redesigns, and new functionality. You’ll be the operational glue across Marketing, Design, and Development—keeping timelines tight and teams aligned. Our client is looking for a detail-obsessed project manager who can effectively drive high-impact web projects that shape this fast growing B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end website projects: planning, timelines, QA, and launch
• Manage updates and new page builds with design and content teams
• Run standups, prioritize tickets, and align cross-functional teams
• Ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery with dev and design
• Execute SEO strategies with content, design, and analytics partners
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear documentation and updates

Qualifications:

• 3+ years managing marketing websites in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
• Strong grasp of web production, UX, and cross-functional workflows
• Analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into action
• Tools you know: Jira, Asana, Figma, Salesforce
• Clear communicator, checklist lover, and natural organizer
• Familiarity with SEO, performance, and accessibility best practices
