The candidate will work closely with third-party vendors to ensure timely and standard-compliant completion of installations and retrofits. The role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a leading global organization, requiring 50-75% travel to various sites to manage and monitor progress, with the flexibility of being fully remote when not on-site. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party vendors to ensure timely and compliant installations, taping, signage, etc., of grocery components in new and existing buildings.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of projects.
• Implement and monitor project timelines and standards, using tools like Asana and Field Wire for tracking progress.
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving to address delays or issues with vendor performance and delivery.
• Participate in the preparation and auditing of sites for launch, ensuring all components meet the high standards expected.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on vendor and relationship management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with vendors and team members effectively.
• Capable of problem-solving and ensuring projects remain on track and within defined standards.

Industry Experience Required:

• Experience with grocery store or retail store launches, retrofit projects, and the ability to manage multiple vendors is preferred.
