We’re on the lookout for a driven and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Someone who understands how to connect data with creativity and push performance and maximise ROl. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Social Media, Email Marketing and Meta/Google Advertising and enjoys building, launching, and managing campaigns day-to-day, not just analysing them.
JTC Guitar is the world’s best online guitar learning platform, backed by thousands of loyal subscribers and over one million social media followers. Your role will be about identifying opportunities for growth across our digital channels and executing strategies that drive measurable results. From paid advertising and analytics to email campaigns and social media, you’ll be hands-on in shaping how we reach and engage our global audience and actively building, launching and managing campaigns.
Your main focus will be optimising and delivering campaigns, improving day-to-day performance, and helping reinforce JTC Guitar as the world’s best online guitar learning platform.
Role Description
Working remotely, a significant amount of your time will be spent actively building, launching, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes paid advertising (Meta and Google), email marketing, and social media strategy and execution. You will be working directly inside these platforms and tools daily, not overseeing from a distance. You will use data and insights to drive decision-making, track performance, and continuously improve campaign results and ROI. You will also work closely with the wider team to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and delivering maximum impact for JTCGuitar.com.
Essential Skills
• Strong expertise in Social Media platforms, strategy and execution.
• Solid understanding of Email Marketing, campaign execution and opportunities.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking.
• Proven experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong experience running and optimising Google/Meta Ad campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Proven experience managing and executing campaigns end-to-end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
Desirable Skills
• Experience in video editing or working with video-based content.
• Experience with the Adobe suite, including Photoshop.
• An interest in playing guitar or understanding of the guitar scene.

We’re looking for someone who is data-driven, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve performance. A positive and results-focused mindset is essential, along with a willingness to collaborate and innovate.
Working Hours/Location
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday with a minimum of 40 hours a week, flexible between 8:00 – 17:00. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings or events as needed.
