This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter in the United States. This role offers the chance to lead full-cycle recruitment for a fast-growing, technology-driven organization, spanning Sales, R&D (Engineering, Product, Design), and G&A functions. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and Finance/FP&A to drive data-informed hiring decisions that align with business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in Greenhouse ATS and recruiting analytics to optimize processes, improve quality of hire, and strengthen workforce planning. This position requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment. You will influence the company’s talent acquisition strategy globally while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The role combines operational rigor with strategic impact, helping shape the organization’s growth trajectory. Accountabilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, including Sales, Engineering, Product, Design, and G&A
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and candidate success profiles
  • Deliver a consistent and high-quality candidate experience while maintaining structured and inclusive hiring practices
  • Leverage Greenhouse ATS to manage workflows, ensure data integrity, track recruiting metrics, and optimize funnel efficiency
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, and quality of hire
  • Partner with Finance/FP&A to align hiring plans with headcount budgets and provide strategic guidance to functional leaders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technology-driven environments
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including Sales, Engineering, Product, and G&A
  • International recruiting experience across multiple regions is highly valued
  • Deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS and recruiting analytics
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
  • Strong knowledge of structured interviewing, inclusive hiring practices, and employer branding strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling organizations with occasional travel up to 10%
