Product Designer (remote, Europe)

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions. In this role, you will own the design system, user interface consistency, and overall user experience for core platform products, working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. You will create reusable design components, conduct user research, and ensure smooth delivery of new features. • Design and maintain a component-based design system and design tokens to ensure interface consistency
• Participate in planning sessions, daily standups, retrospectives, and design reviews as a fully integrated team member
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product usability
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, consistent, and scalable interfaces
• Collect and incorporate user feedback to enhance discoverability and overall user experience
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure designs are effectively implemented and maintain high-quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating component-based or atomic design work
• Hands-on experience with Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and collaboration
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles
• Experience collaborating with developers and product managers in daily workflows
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
• Preferred: Experience with Storybook or similar design-development collaboration tools, SaaS or subscription platforms, front-end frameworks (Angular, React), and accessibility standards (A, AA)
• Personal skills: proactive, detail-oriented, fast learner, strong sense of ownership, excellent communication, and comfortable in distributed, fast-paced team environments
