Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer with a strong background in graphic design, visual design, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, and the ability to create engaging, visually appealing instructional materials that enhance the learning experience. Key Responsibilities Instructional Design: Develop and design engaging and effective instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and other digital content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience needs and create tailored learning solutions. Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to develop and enhance training programs. Graphic Design Create high-quality graphic elements for instructional materials, including icons, illustrations, and layout designs. Ensure all graphic content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall user experience. Visual Design Develop visually compelling course interfaces, templates, and multimedia components that are user-friendly and accessible. Utilize visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to improve the effectiveness of instructional content. Motion Graphics Design and animate motion graphics for use in e-learning modules, instructional videos, and promotional materials. Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create dynamic visual content. Collaboration And Project Management Work closely with cross-functional teams, including educators, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project requirements.   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, visual design, and motion graphics work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Evolve).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories (macro/Micro)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized an
