Role Description
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (3–7 years experience) based in the United States to open doors to new consulting opportunities and build a strong pipeline across priority industries.Â
What You’ll Do
- Identify and target new clients across supply chain, operations, and digital transformationÂ
- Execute structured outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and eventsÂ
- Engage and qualify Director- and VP-level stakeholdersÂ
- Collaborate with senior consultantsÂ
- Manage pipeline in CRM and create modern outbound sales campaignsÂ
What You BringÂ
- 3–7 years in B2B sales, business development, or consulting-related rolesÂ
- Proven ability to generate meetings through proactive outreachÂ
- Strong communication skills and executive presenceÂ
- Interest in supply chain, AI, operations, or analyticsÂ
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and digital outreach platformsÂ
