Role Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (3–7 years experience) based in the United States to open doors to new consulting opportunities and build a strong pipeline across priority industries. 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and target new clients across supply chain, operations, and digital transformation 
  • Execute structured outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and events 
  • Engage and qualify Director- and VP-level stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with senior consultants 
  • Manage pipeline in CRM and create modern outbound sales campaigns 

What You Bring 

  • 3–7 years in B2B sales, business development, or consulting-related roles 
  • Proven ability to generate meetings through proactive outreach 
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence 
  • Interest in supply chain, AI, operations, or analytics 
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and digital outreach platforms
