We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and relationship-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and optimize our affiliate program. If you excel at partnership building, performance marketing, and driving scalable revenue through affiliates, this role is a great fit for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow our affiliate program across various channels
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners
• Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and promotional agreements
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams for campaign alignment
• Manage affiliate platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale, CJ, or Awin
• Ensure affiliate compliance with brand guidelines and ethical marketing standards
• Prepare regular performance reports and growth forecasts

✅ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnerships
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization
• Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and paid ads is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
