Job Description

Posted on: May 9, 2025

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Inflo is a fast-paced, agile, and rapidly scaling technology company. Founded in 2015, we have established Inflo as an innovative and impactful tech business, securing a global customer base of high-profile accounting firms and networks.

We are passionate about the accounting profession we serve and focus on driving long-term success, both in our business and those we work with. This has resulted in Inflo’s SaaS platform winning multiple awards, including International Accounting Bulletin’s Accountancy Software of the Year twice, the Queens Award for Innovation and the Boomer Technology & Innovation Visionary award.

ABOUT THE CULTURE

Inflo was established by former auditors who were motivated to transform their field and liberate auditors from monotonous, repetitive tasks. Who, after all, is eager to manually input invoice details into Excel?

Our team, a collective of enthusiastic, diverse individuals, operates out of three global locations: the US, the UK, and Australia. Each day, our team significantly contributes to both our business and the evolution of the audit industry.

We maintain an optimal balance, embracing the agility and collaborative spirit of a start-up, unencumbered by rigid corporate structures, yet with the stability, resources, and professionalism of an established, international company.

Our core values are the essence of our operations:

  • Science – We experiment and make decisions based on data over intuition
  • Ownership – We empower our people and embrace accountability
  • Openness – We share, challenge and embrace feedback, learning from our successes and failures
  • Agility – We have a bias for action and iteratively solve problems.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our People Team applies their extensive knowledge of people practices and organisational culture to deliver strategic expertise across Inflo. This enhances the experience of both new joiners and long-standing team members through the employee lifecycle. The team is responsible developing and delivering scalable people solutions that underpin the overall value proposition of Inflo’s employee experience and workplace culture.

As our People Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of People operations. You’ll work closely with the People team, managers, and employees to deliver an exceptional employee experience, provide timely HR support, and help maintain compliance across the organisation.

You will:

  • Coordinate recruitment administration, including drafting and posting job adverts, screening CVs, booking interviews across different time zones, and conducting right to work checks.
  • Support the onboarding of new starters by generating offer letters, preparing employment contracts, and collecting necessary documentation to ensure a smooth start.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, providing guidance or escalating to relevant team members as needed.
  • Manage the shared People & Careers inbox, triaging queries and delegating tasks to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain accurate records on our people systems.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolments, updates, and liaising with external providers.
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparations.
  • Contribute to other ad hoc People team projects as and when they arise.
  • Support engagement initiatives such as ordering employee gifts, helping to organise in-person gatherings, and ensuring a thoughtful and inclusive employee experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be a resourceful and proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • CIPD Level 3.
  • Previous experience in a HR or Recruitment role.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or audit-related sectors.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.

PAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE

As an Inflo employee, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

  • 6% Employer pension contributions providing you are a member of the scheme.
  • 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays, with an additional 0.5 days for every year of service.
  • 4x Salary life assurance.
  • Private medical insurance with Bupa.
  • Medical cash back scheme (for optical, dental etc)
  • Flexible working environment – work whenever and wherever that suits you. At Inflo we measure results, not the amount of time you spend behind your laptop.
  • Employee Referral scheme bonus of £1,000
  • Financial support to enhance your home working environment.
  • Opportunity to work from home as a fully remote role within the UK.
  • Opportunity to meet Quarterly in Newcastle with an evening social.
  • Invitation to our Annual Global Gathering.
  • Continued professional development.

Please note - Although this is a remote position, due to occasional in person meetings we are only accepting applications from candidates currently based in the North East of England.

We do not require agency support at this time, thank you.
