About the Position
Arcadia is seeking a detail-oriented and highly capable Human Resources Recruitment Associate to support the recruitment team in identifying and securing top-tier talent for the organization. This critical role is key in executing Arcadia’s recruitment strategy, ensuring that hiring processes are conducted with professionalism, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. The Recruitment Associate will work closely with the Recruitment Officer and HR Consultants, who serve as advisors, to implement best-in-class recruitment methodologies and uphold the highest standards of evaluation and selection. In this role, you will take ownership of managing job postings every Monday, conducting comprehensive candidate screenings throughout the week, and ensuring all candidate assessments are finalized and integrated into recruitment metrics by the end of the week. You will also play a key role in the interview process, participating in bi-weekly interviews and evaluating prospective candidates with the highest level of professionalism. As a key member of this specialized recruitment team, you will contribute to shaping the talent pipeline, supporting Arcadia’s continued growth and excellence. Additionally, you will report directly to the Recruitment Manager, providing regular updates and insights on recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Recruitment Associate, you will play a critical role in executing Arcadia’s recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:
Job Posting and Candidate Management
- Publish job advertisements every Monday, conduct thorough candidate screenings throughout the week, and finalize assessments by Saturday, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in Arcadia’s recruitment metrics.
Interview Coordination and Talent Evaluation
- Participate in bi-weekly Saturday interview sessions, assess candidates’ qualifications, and collaborate with HR Consultants to ensure high-quality talent selection.
Reporting and Strategic Collaboration
- Report directly to the Human Resources Recruitment Manager, providing updates on recruitment progress, candidate trends, and hiring challenges while supporting the refinement of hiring strategies.
Skills and Competencies Required
Talent Acquisition and Candidate Assessment
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation, with a focus on aligning talent with organizational needs.
Interviewing and Communication Skills
- Ability to conduct structured interviews, provide insightful evaluations, and communicate findings effectively to support hiring decisions.
Organizational and Data Management
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management, ensuring accurate candidate records and seamless execution of recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least 1 years of professional experience in human resources or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of proven recruitment experience.
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Familiarity in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, with demonstrated success in talent acquisition and a solid understanding of recruitment strategies.
- Experience conducting structured interviews, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment matrices is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment strategies, including using platforms like LinkedIn to post job ads, build talent pipelines, and identify high-caliber candidates.
- Strong data management skills, with proficiency in maintaining and updating recruitment matrices and ensuring accuracy in all records.
- Availability to participate in bi-weekly Saturday interview sessions, with flexibility to choose morning, afternoon, or evening shifts as required by the team.
- A motivational and professional approach, fostering trust and credibility with candidates and within the recruitment team.
- Comfortable with part-time commitment, contributing 8–10 hours (20%) per week, with availability for remote work, selecting your own working hours.
- A motivational and empathetic leadership style, with a commitment to fostering inclusivity, integrity, and excellence. Strong interpersonal skills to inspire trust and credibility within the organization.
