Role Description

This is a remote role for an independent affiliate. We’re looking for someone ambitious who wants hands-on experience in creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and start-up growth marketing.

This is ideal for:

• Students or early-career marketers/sales specialists

• Fitness enthusiasts

• Aspiring talent managers or social media strategists

• Anyone wanting real start-up experience and portfolio results

What you’ll do:

• Identify athletes and fitness influencers

• Start conversations via Instagram, TikTok and email

• Book intro calls for the founder

• Track leads and partnerships

• Help grow the Icon creator network
