Role Type: Full-timeEngagement: Independent ContractorJob Summary We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and has a strong track record of optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, and others).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization to improve performance.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in media buying or paid advertising.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
