About The Role We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at ESI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visual content that elevates our clients' events and brand presence. This role involves creating a wide array of visual assets including event branding, signage, digital graphics, and decor elements tailored for both large and small-scale events across the country. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to develop innovative designs that align with event themes and creative visions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from conferences and trade shows to outdoor political rallies and luxurious galas, ensuring each event's visual identity is striking and cohesive. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within events, marketing, or experiential design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects experience is a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, and digital design
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with team members and clients
  • Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visual design
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Effective in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop branding elements for events, including logos, style guides, and print collateral
  • Create on-site graphics such as signage, stage backdrops, directional materials, and badges
  • Develop digital assets for websites, social media platforms, and video presentations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to ensure designs meet creative briefs and event themes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors on specifications and quality control
  • Stay updated on current design trends, especially within event and experiential marketing sectors
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and overall event aesthetics
