We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support our growing digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about social media, content creation, and online community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Research audience engagement, industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing opportunities
• Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules
• Collaborate with internal teams on content development and promotional initiatives
• Moderate online communities and support customer engagement
• Research influencers, products, and partnership opportunities
• Write captions, descriptions, and other social media content
• Support social media advertising campaigns and marketing projects
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in social media, marketing, content creation, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
