Role: Project Manager (Freelance)

Key responsibilities may include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across marketing, tech, operations, or business strategy
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinating resources, managing workflows, and resolving roadblocks proactively
• Running daily standups, sprint planning, and progress reviews
• Tracking key milestones and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external partners or vendors
• Reporting project status, risks, and decisions to leadership and clients
• Documenting processes and ensuring post-project knowledge transfer

Required qualities may include:

• Project management experience (agency, tech, operations, or cross-functional roles)
• Strong command of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in parallel
• Experience working in remote, distributed, or multicultural environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies is a plus
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are helpful but not required
