We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of organic social media strategy across brands in insurance and asset management.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career social media professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly regulated environment.
1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content publishing
with Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing or related.
• Experience supporting social programs in regulated industries preferred (financial services or insurance)
• Familiarity with Asana, Sprinklr, Red Oak, or similar workflow/compliance tools
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
• Professional communication skills with a dependable, team-oriented mindset
• Manage day-to-day social content production and workflows in Asana
• Schedule, publish, QA, and maintain content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram
• Coordinate approvals with marketing, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Help maintain governance processes, documentation, and social media playbooks
• Track performance metrics and provide reporting insights
• Contribute to content ideation and creative briefs
