Job Title: SR. MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

(Remote) | High-Growth DTC Brand

The Opportunity

A Fast-moving DTC Personal Care brand that scaled to $40M in revenue first year and 2026 projected $60M. Company is fully remote, profitable, and expanding rapidly and hiring for a Project Manager for Marketing to report directly to the CMO and turn the strategic roadmap into reality. You will be the operational heartbeat of the team, ensuring that complex initiatives move from concept to completion without chaos across various marketing teams (Growth, Ecommerce, CRM, Retention etc)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects across business verticals, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed timelines for the efficient delivery of multi-channel e-commerce marketing campaigns, including e-commerce growth, subscription/CRM, and design.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to improve communication and align project objectives.
• Partner with Leadership: Work directly with the CMO to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Improvement: Pre- and post-project reviews focused on best practices, automation opportunities, and future workflow improvements.
• Tools: Act as the administrator for project ecosystems (specifically in Monday Slack, and G Suite).
• Alignment: Keep distributed teams connected and accountable through clear communication and data-driven status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree

• Over 3 years of experience: You have a proven track record in project management within DTC e-commerce companies.

• Over 3 years of experience in eCommerce marketing project management (required)

• Expert: You know how to build workflows that automate accountability.

• Remote Native: You thrive in distributed environments and know how to communicate effectively over Slack and Zoom.

• Execution-Focused: You don’t just flag problems; you remove bottlenecks and find solutions.
