  • Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates on project progress to the company owner
  • Review and approve all curriculum materials, ensuring they are accurate, pedagogically sound, aligned with learning objectives, and user-friendly for teachers
  • Contribute to improvements in the user experience for teachers accessing resources via the Grammarsaurus platform
  • Collaborate with the English Curriculum Development Manager on intersecting projects
  • Monitor and respond to upcoming UK curriculum changes, adapting project plans accordingly
  • Support the potential expansion of the curriculum to meet international requirements in the future

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education
  • Proven experience in managing educational projects or leading curriculum/resource development
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing educational materials for quality and accuracy
  • Confident communicator, capable of giving constructive feedback and making informed decisions
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to engage with curriculum developments at a national level

Desirable

  • Experience working with or developing content for digital education platforms
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles in an educational context
  • Experience with or interest in international curricula

What We Offer

  • Fully remote working with flexible hours — ideal for those with family or care responsibilities
  • 28 days annual leave (plus UK bank holidays)
  • Pension scheme
  • Health benefits, including access to online GP appointments
  • Access to all Grammarsaurus training and CPD resources
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment with a growing, mission-driven company

How to Apply

Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and how you believe you could contribute to the team to [insert email or application link]. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview and complete a task as part of the selection process. The role is subject to successful task completion and includes a two-week probation period upon appointment.
