Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Talent Management team and support a wide range of learning and development initiatives. This remote role offers flexible working hours (15–20 per week) that can be adjusted to your university schedule, making it ideal for students eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced consulting environment. What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate and administer learning and development programs, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Plan, schedule, and communicate learning opportunities via SharePoint and other internal communication channels.
  • Help test and experiment with new learning and engagement formats, tools, and technologies.
  • Support the evaluation and feedback processes for learning programs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Update existing training content and assist in developing new, engaging learning resources.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional initiatives such as wellbeing programs, employee pulse checks, and development activities.
  • Communicate with managers and business leaders to promote current and upcoming learning opportunities.
  • Create compelling presentations and materials that support internal talent management efforts.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, flexible, and self-driven with a “can-do” mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and the full MS Office suite.
  • Interest in exploring and experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and new digital learning formats.
  • Open-minded, curious, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
