Call Center Representative with Experience

100% Remote / Part-Time and Full‑Time Schedule Available / Customer Service Focused

Starting Rate: $7.00US, after 90 days $7.25, after one year $7.75

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding service? We’re hiring a Call Center Representative to be a key driver in connecting customers with the best moving service providers in the industry. You’ll handle high‑value inbound and outbound leads and ensure top‑tier customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously to clients and moving service providers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, follow‑ups, and service clarifications
  • Provide clear, accurate information about moving services and guide clients to the right providers
  • Connect and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition to service fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and follow‑up actions
  • Meet and exceed performance targets (call quality, first‑call resolution, call volume, customer satisfaction)

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong ability to listen actively, solve problems on the fly, and provide clear next steps
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism, even with difficult conversations
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems, scripts, and structured call flows

Technical & Hardware Requirements

To support consistent high‑quality remote performance, you must provide:

  • RAM: 8 GB minimum
  • Monitors: Dual monitors recommended, however single monitor is acceptable
  • Internet: Wired connection only (no WiFi); cable or fiber strongly preferred
  • Headset: Wired USB headset (3.5mm not permitted)
  • Keyboard & Mouse: Wired
  • Internet Speeds: Minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, or Mac OS 14 or newer

Communication & Skills

  • Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal is required
  • Excellent active listening, problem resolution, and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and handle a fast call flow with professionalism
