What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer customer phone calls, chats, and emails with professionalism
- Perform quality control reviews and assist in training team members
- Review and resolve escalations while adhering to client notification policies
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing
- Maintain and update department policies and reports based on operational needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in customer service within the mortgage services industry
- Familiarity with ServiceLink Auction's platform or similar systems
- Willingness to travel as necessary to support operational needs
